Addressing Oil seeped from the Middle Section Block Machine

Oil seeped from the center of the engine or engine oil leak coming from the rear crankshaft oil seal, tips or how to resolve or address the repair of engine oil seen seeping from the center of the machine, on the connection between the engine block engine with transmission combination.

Oil seeps have to be addressed, because we sometimes and do not always check the engine oil before starting the engine, maybe for some reason forgot or because of concern for anything else, because do not let the engine run out of oil due to oil seeps.

Is this seeping oil will damage the engine ?
