How to Make Hot Wings in the Oven

 Turn the chicken wings over halfway during the cooking time so they cook evenly . Remove the baking sheet from the oven , and serve the wings while they REMAIN hot .

 



Close the pan with aluminum foil . Apply nonstick spray with aluminum foil .

Combine 3/4 cup flour , 1/2 tsp . of cayenne pepper , 1/2 tsp . garlic powder and 1/2 tsp . salt in a large plastic storage bag . Shake the bag to combine ingredients .
 
Add the chicken wings to the bag 20 . Seal bag and toss the wings until they are well coated with the flour mixture .
Place the chicken wings to the pan . Place the wings in the refrigerator for 1 hour .

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit . Combine 1/2 cup melted butter with 1/2 cup of hot sauce in a small bowl .


Dip chicken wings into sauce mixture and then put them back into the pan . Bake the chicken wings until they are no longer pink in the middle and they reached a safe internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit . It will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour .

 

Turn the chicken wings in the top half during cooking time so they cook evenly . Remove the pan from the oven , and serve while still hot wings .
