1 . sweet potatoSweet potato has been known as a natural alternative to drug therapy for estrogen or dehydroepiandrosterone laboratory studies have shown that sweet potatoes contain a compound called diosgenin , which can be converted into different steroids , such as estrogen .To get the properties , sweet potatoes can be eaten directly in the form of a boiled potato or processed into other foods . Sweet potatoes are also available in powder and pill form in some areas .
2 . Cinnamon powder Skin
- Powder Cinnamon Skin ( 0.5 to 2.5 grams )
- Hot Water ( 1/2 cup )usage :Brewed with cinnamon powder using hot water . Drink this mixture two times a day with the same dose .
3 . cucumberCucumbers are good for irregular menstruation .Finely minced 10 leaves cocor ducks , water flask 5 fingers , 5 pieces majakan , 1 cucumber , dadap srep 10 leaves , 10 leaves sambaing plug , add water salt to taste . Then rubbed into the abdomen , and dressing . Do it twice a day .
